An altar, a kneeling bull, blood. Energy fields one on top of another-immaterial and impenetrable- that act upon the animal like a pressure condition, bringing it to its knees, to the altar. The time of the sacrifice is being denatured by the light and escapes the finite limits, so intensely drawn by the geometry of the space. A theatre of death from the past of men and the space itself.
The materials used, cold and sharp, accentuate the moment in all its intensity and clarity. The choice of the specific space, this impressive grid of columns with obvious signs of wear, completes the ritual, and allows the light to perform its role; To activate the pressure fields and turn the viewer from observer to an initiate, through the merciless game of shadows.
